6,917 Meals Donated at Tesco in July

What a fantastic response this summer! We collected more than 2,200 kg of food (and some toiletries) at Tesco in Woolton over the course of 3 days, helped of course by fantastic volunteers and Tesco staff. That is the equivalent of nearly 7,000 meals. Amazing!

Van-tastic support from the Mayor’s Hope Fund!

South, Central and North Liverpool foodbanks received some very welcome support from the Mayor’s Hope Fund, in the form of a grant to help us with our food deliveries to foodbank centres. By sharing the expenses of a van we can organise our food consignments much more efficiently.
