Annual Report now available

20th February 2024

Our Annual Report is now available. It includes information about how we deliver our services, our financial accounts and the impact of our work across South Liverpool.

Here are some of the highlights:

  • In total, 5,062 referrals were presented at our centres across South Liverpool, an increase of about 14% compared with 2021-2022
  • The total number of people fed rose significantly from 9,363 to 11,479 (~ 22% rise)
  • We fed 11,479 individuals: 7,260 adults and 4,219 children. This significant rise can be attributed to the cost-of-living crisis
  • The main causes of food crisis were low income, benefit changes and benefit delays
  • We needed to purchase extra stock, more than twice the amount of food than in 2021-2022 – your regular donation has helped us to do that

You can find more detailed information in our annual report, which you can download here >

We couldn’t achieve any of this without our teams of dedicated volunteers, but most of all without help from our community, donors and supporters.

Our heartfelt thanks to all.
